Circuit X offers a range of different activities. which set strict conditions for participation in accordance with the specific safety rules for the practice of these activities below.
If the rules are not observed, these activities can be dangerous, can cause serious injury and even death.
You are solely responsible for learning the correct techniques and the safety measures in place. You personally assume all risks and liabilities for any damage, injuries or death that might be caused by not observing the safety rules and the important recommendations set out in this document, at the beginning of the activities and those that may be instructed by the Circuit X staff members before, during and after the activity chosen.
If you are not able to assume this responsibility or risk, do not perform any of the activities available at the Park.
Circuit X cannot be held liable for any incidents arising from the practice of these activities if the listed conditions of participation are accepted under false pretenses, if the safety rules are not observed, or in the case of panic of one or more participants.
The general preliminary safety instructions are listed here and at panels in the Parks, and are also explained by Circuit X staff during the safety brief, where applicable.
The PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) packs are given to the guests per each activity’s regulations, and where stated, the activity cannot be performed without using this safety equipment. It is strictly forbidden for the guest to use his/her private equipment for some of the activities as highlighted at each Park Rules and Regulation panels.
Guests are responsible for the strict application of these rules that have been shown to them and for their own safety during the activities.
The guest, with his/her entrance ticket, is entitled to use only the facilities allowed by the ticket that he/she bought in the ticket office and for a period stated on his/her entry ticket.
Guests must adhere to Circuit X Park operating hours and closure timings. Closure information can be found at Circuit X Park Ticket offices, website homepage or social media pages.
Circuit X Park staff have the discretion to deny access due to inadequate equipment, violation of rules, safety concerns and special event programming.
Prices, operating schedules and availability of attractions are subject to change without prior notice. Circuit X Park Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest in order to control occupancy when required.
Circuit X Park management reserves the right to use photos and videos taken of visitors at this facility for publicity purposes without consent or compensation.
Special events or programming require advance permission from Circuit X Park management. Events are not allowed unless managed by Circuit X Park Management.
All participants must meet all required height, health, size and age restrictions for all attractions and games. All participants accept without restriction the T&C of participation and safety. All participants accept that it is compulsory to wear the safety equipment provided or requested throughout the performance of the activity.
All participants must have a General Waiver on file for entry. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign the waiver.
Any failure to register as required shall not constitute a valid excuse for non-compliance with these rules and regulations
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to sign the required waiver form. It must be signed by a parent or an adult in charge of the group. Persons under the age of 18 may not take responsibility for other minors.
By allowing their child to enter the Circuit X, parents and/or guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood these rules and regulations and will be fully responsible for their child’s actions
Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their child and must ensure their adherence to these rules and regulations at all times.
All bags are subject to inspection. Bringing food, drinks, glassware, illegal substances, hazardous or dangerous items are not allowed inside the Park.
Circuit X shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of your personal belongings.
Courteous conduct is expected! Disruptive behavior or language, including failure to obey safety requirements and rules, may result in a suspension, or expulsion from the park and loss of future park privileges.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke during the activities and within the grounds of the park.
No camping, fires, fireworks, stickers or graffiti.
No animals/pets are allowed inside the Park.
Guests and visitors must respect and abide by designated areas, in order to prevent any deterioration of the garden and for their own safety. Please help keep your park clean. Place all litter in trash/recycling receptacles.
Circuit X Parks are monitored by CCTV.

Children under the age of 16 must be under the guardianship of an adult who shall stay within the premises during the child or children’s activity.
Circuit X offers different activities at height which sets very strict conditions for participation If the rules are not observed, aerial activities can be dangerous, can cause serious injury and even death.
The maximum weight permitted is 120 kg. on all activities.
Authorization for access to a circuit of a “higher difficulty level” shall be given exclusively by the monitors after observing your ability on the "lower" circuits.
Access to the circuits shall close 45 minutes prior to the closing time of the park as established in the document “Closing Times”. Participants must give in their equipment 15 minutes before closing.
Helmets and harness must always be worn inside the tower
Follow the instructions of the Circuit X coaches at all times
It's recommended use sport clothes and sport shoes
No rings, big earrings and any kind of jewelry
Do not carry anything in your pockets.
Do not wear sandals and heeled shoes
Do not carry your mobile phone, place it safely in your bag.
Anyone with long hair must keep it tied up.
The compulsory introduction course given to all participants by Circuit X coaches enables them to be completely autonomous and to be responsible for their own safety. During the course, the following safety rules shall be taught:
Always keep the PPE safety equipment (harness, carabiners, etc) well fastened.
There may not be more than three participants on each platform and one in each challenge.
Sign Postings (pictograms) at the start of each challenge indicates the level of difficulty. You are advised to follow the indications given to perform the courses in comfort and safety.
Authorization for access to a circuit of a “higher difficulty level” shall be given exclusively by the monitors after observing your ability on the "lower" circuits.
Adopt the launching position as instructed by the coach and maintain it until you reach the end of the zipline.
Always follow Circuit X Coach instructions.
Make sure that your helmet is well fastened before launching on the zipline.
Never place your hands in front of the pulley or touch the cable whilst in movement.
Never launch yourself on the zipline if there is another participant on the landing ramp.
Once you land, wait for the ramp Coach to disconnect your pulley and follow their instructions
It is mandatory to wear the harness for the freefall.
It is mandatory that the freefall belay is connected properly.
The belay system can be used by only one participant at a time.
When the belay system starts to descend, keep your hands on your chest or close to your body.
In case of doubt, do not hesitate to ask the coach about anything you need.
Once you land, wait for the ground Coach to disconnect your pulley
Duration of the activity will be 15 minutes.
Helmets must be worn at all times.
It is mandatory that the belay system is connected properly.
Do not use the belay system (rope) as a support when you are climbing.
No dangerous behavior in the climbing area.
When the belay system starts to descend, keep your hands on your chest and don't hold onto any grip during the descent.
Stay behind the fenced area.
Do not manipulate the PPE (harness and helmet).
Bicycle Helmets are mandatory for all participants.
All BMX Park users under the age of 12 are required to wear helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads. No exceptions.
All BMX Park users under the age of 12 must always be under the supervision of an adult 18 years of age or older.
Bicycles should be in good working order. Riding a bike at the bike park that is in poor condition or improperly assembled is dangerous.
Adjust Your Saddle Lower/Higher for improved bike handling on jumps and pump tracks.
Look Before You Leap. Natural and man-made terrain can change due to weather, use and maintenance. Do not ride or jump blindly!
Ride Safely Within Your Ability. Many of the routes through the park require advanced bike and freestyle skills, including jumping. The skill level required for the various park features are identified on the map.
Ride Progressively. Start small and work your way up to more advanced features as your skills develop.
Slippery When Wet. Paved pump tracks, wood features and rocks are slippery when wet. Use extreme caution.
Circuit X Splash Park can only accommodate 1 guardian per child, at the discretion of the Management. However, if the second guardian Insists on entry, they will be required to pay an entry ticket.
Children under the age of 4 years cannot be left unattended at Circuit X Splash Park. Children under 8 years cannot be left unattended at the Kiddy Pool. The Infinity Pool is only accessible to visitors over 18 years of age.
Parents and/or guardians must personally collect their children from Circuit X Splash Park. Under no circumstances will children be allowed to leave Circuit X Splash Park without supervision. Parents and/or guardians are required to notify Circuit X Splash Park of any health problems or medical conditions that their children may suffer that may affect the safety of their children within Circuit X.
It is the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian to adhere to the collection time specified when registering their children. Any failure by a parent or guardian to collect their children by the specified time, will result in additional charges.
All guests must follow posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Circuit X Park staff.
Respectful attire must always be worn. Offensive or provocative clothes are not considered appropriate and are not allowed.
Circuit X Park staff have the discretion to deny access due to inadequate equipment, violation of rules, safety concerns, inclement weather, and special event programming.
Shower before using any of the aquatic facilities
Running, diving or rough play are not allowed.
No climbing, hanging, swinging, pulling or improper use of any Circuit X equipment is permitted.
No glass bottles, rocks or foreign objects shall be permitted in the Pool, Pirate play or Splash Park area.
No confetti, balloons, of anything that may obstruct pump mechanisms are allowed in the splash park area.
Kids and adults are required to wear proper swimming suits while using the Splash park or pool facilities.
Babies and toddlers under 4 years old MUST always wear swim diapers at wet areas (available for purchase at Circuit X retail area). Regular or cloth diapers and/or nudity are NOT allowed at any given time on the premises.
No external food and drink are allowed in Circuit X. Eating and Drinking is only permitted in designated areas within Circuit X.
No toys, other than those provided, shall be permitted beyond this point.
This park is designed for skateboards, scooters and inline skates only. Bicycles, motorized vehicles, 3 wheel or folding scooters are not allowed.
All participants must meet all required health and age restrictions.
Only use the designated entrance and exit to the skating area.
All equipment must be for the purpose of riding a skatepark.
No unauthorized ramps or other obstacles are allowed at the park site.
Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to use the Park.
All guests must follow posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Circuit X Park staff.
Courteous conduct is expected! Disruptive behavior or language, including failure to obey safety requirements and rules, may result in a citation, suspension, or expulsion from the park and loss of future park privileges.
All participants under the age of 16 years old must wear industry standard helmets with securely fastened chinstrap and closed toe shoes at all times. All participants under the age of 12 years old must wear additional PPE including knee pads and elbow pads.
Spectators must remain outside of the skate area, exercise caution and YIELD to skaters/riders.
Only one person per skateboard. Abide by the flow in open areas. Only one person on a (bowl) at a time. Know your abilities and skate within them. Be mindful of others.
Skate and ride within your ability and maintain control at all times.
Be patient and wait for your turn in the park.
This facility is used by both experienced and inexperienced skaters. Serious injury may result from being hit by a skateboard, falling or colliding. Circuit X Park management does not assume responsibility for injuries—SKATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Participants must be in adequate physical and mental condition to perform all activities offered at Circuit X. Management reserves the right to deny access to the park activities or to interrupt performing the activities in the case of any person not meeting the minimum safety requirements (obviously under the effect of alcohol, failure to observe the safety rules, etc.)

SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS 8PM TO 10PM: only 13 years old and above allowed into the skate park. BMX Bikes are also allowed during these times.
Signposting (pictograms) at the entry and exit of each activity indicates its level of difficulty, and all visitors are advised to follow the indications given for performing the activity in the best conditions of comfort and safety.
Participants must be in appropriate physical and mental condition to perform listed activities at Circuit X Parks. Circuit X reserves the right to deny access to the activities or to interrupt performing the challenge in case a participant does not meet the minimum safety requirements
It is advisable to be in good physical form and it is recommended you take short breaks between activities, and rest sufficiently if you are taking on several challenging activities.
All participants are asked to be respectful and responsible using the challenges and activities listed at Circuit X venues.

Outdoor adventure parks can attract a large number of people, but certain participants who have incorrectly estimated their own ability level may become a hazard on the activity, whether due to dizziness, discomfort or injury. Participants who become aware of the situation, should be able to deal with possible risks to persons having difficulties, notify Circuit X monitors and potentially give direct help. They are not obliged to intervene if this poses a risk to themselves or to the affected participant.

All issued tickets are not refundable. However, if the ticket is cancelled 24 hours before the reservation, the Counter Ticket Staff at the Park could reschedule the reservation.
In the event of bad weather conditions, the management reserves the right to stop activity in the park for your security. If this should happen, any guests who have been there for less than 0.5h. shall be given a free ticket voucher for another day within the following 60 days.
If a ticket has been sold, there is no right of reimbursement, unless the guest withdraws during the Introduction Course, in which case he shall be reimbursed 50% of the cost of the ticket.
In case of a refund per the above conditions, it be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please understand that our camps are kept small to facilitate learning, and many fill up quickly. Last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our camps. Thank you for your understanding.
· Free cancellation will be provided until 7 days of the start of your registered camp week. In the event of a cancellation by you, a full refund will be payable if such cancellation is notified in writing to the Circuit X Camp Team (hello@circuitxuae.com) at least 7 days before the commencement of the camp.
· Cancellations after this date will incur a penalty. In the event of a cancellation by you, a refund minus the cancellation fee (AED 100 Per child) will be payable if such cancellation is notified in writing to the Circuit X Camp Team (hello@circuitxuae.com) at least 72 hours before the commencement of the camp. The refund will be paid either by bank transfer or cash in the earlier possible time after receiving the request by e-mail. Please note payments made by credit card may take up to 20 days before a refund can be issued.
· For those who request a refund after this date (72hrs before the Camp starts) or during the Camp session, cancellations will incur a 50% penalty and a cancellation fee of AED 100. The refund will be prorated to the days their child/children has/have participated in the camp. Partial refunds for weekly bookings will be calculated as follows: For example, you booked one week (AED 799) and you want to cancel 2 days then we are refunding the 50% difference of 3 x daily rate AED 160 + cancellation fee minus the weekly fee you originally have paid).

· The cancellation fee is 100 AED/child and will be deducted automatically from the requested refund.
· No refund or credit will be given for missed days due to sickness or other reasons. Makeup sessions can be provided, at the discretion of the park management.
· If for any reason, the camp is canceled by Circuit X Parks management, the total liability of Circuit X Parks Camp will not exceed that proportion of the fees Circuit X Parks have actually received. No cancellation fee will be charged in this case.
